Our business is based in Pretoria, direct deliveries are made in Pretoria and Johannesburg. Anywhere further will limit the products you can order for courier services. Perishable products (e.g. Rose Bouquets & Flower Bouquets) are not eligible for courier, and yes, we are sad to say this but unfortunately we don't want to risk your perishable products to arrive damaged/withered.
Non-perishable products (e.g. Gift Novelties, Confectionaries and Bottles) are available for delivery and fees will apply, read our Terms & Conditions and remember to check the policy of the products you want order to your door.
Have you selected all your products and your ready to checkout and pay? Once you checkout, your order will be notified to our team. You will have to wait for an email confirmation with your reference number to verify that your order has been accepted. The email will include our trusted payment link powered by Yoco, use the reference number to make your payment to Trés Bella Rosa ZA bank account(FNB). Your order will be processed for delivery once your payment is cleared.
You like our aesthetic but you want something more specific, that's alright; send us an enquiry email with full details of what you looking for and we will respond as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the gift you looking for is available with a quotation. The communication for your custom order will be made on email including the payment process.
